Dorothée is a specialist in human resources management, communication, training and management. She has been working for Société Générale for over 24 years as an HR specialist and generalist.experience in leadership development and works to implement solutions that meet the challenges of corporate performance and inclusion. She also leads therapeutic group workshops focused on personal fulfillment, the quest for meaning and self-realization.

Amine EZZEROUALI
Professor of Management, Director MSc International HR and Performance Management

Amine Ezzerouali has been Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at SKEMA Business School since 2009. Within the school, he has held several key positions: Academic Director of the Master of Science (MSc) in International Human Resources and Performance Management since 2017, Director of the Management, Law and Organization academic department from 2010 to 2015, Program Director of the M1 Management major from 2009 to 2011.

His research focuses on organizational behavior and corporate governance. He is also the author of numerous articles and case studies on topics such as organizational culture, hybrid work and crisis management.

 

 

 

Oceane ROBIN (PGE, 2011)

Océane is a professional specializing in talent development and supporting companies in their transformation. Thanks to her expertise in human resources management, she puts her know-how at the service of corporate strategies to promote employee fulfillment and optimize organizational performance. She currently holds the position of Manager CSP RH at Roquette. Above all, she is committed to a more equitable and sustainable working environment.
