Céline Hédiard (SKEMA 2004), Ambassador of the Montreal Chapter

Could you tell us a little about your journey since graduating from SKEMA Business School and what motivated you to become an ambassador of the SKEMA Alumni Dubai Chapter?

Since graduating in 2004, I’ve had a very international career: I’ve spent 4 years in Russia and 7 in Canada. Joining the SKEMA ambassador community was a natural step for me, as the SKEMA values of resilience, agility and adaptability have guided me throughout my career. The power of networking has always been key to my professional development, so I want to capitalise on and share this value, which I believe is a linchpin in any career.

As ambassador, how do you plan to bring energy and life to the SKEMA Alumni Montreal Chapter? Can you share any ideas for initiatives or for events you’d like to run?

Our ideas over here are:

• Themed networking events with Skeman guest speakers
• A visit to the offices of an inspiring Skeman
• Speed networking with 2-minute introductions as an ice-breaker and to make sure everyone meets.

What message would you like to send to our alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the SKEMA Alumni Montreal Chapter?

The network is the strength of our school. Alone we move forward, but together we go further! Take advantage of this strength by joining a powerful network that’s within everyone's reach. Wherever you live, your SKEMA Alumni community is close by.
