Btissam Belghazi (SKEMA 2005), Ambassador of the Casablanca Chapter

02 April 2025 Interview

Could you briefly tell us about your career since graduating from SKEMA Business School and what motivated you to become an ambassador for the SKEMA Alumni Casablanca chapter?

After graduating from SKEMA Business School in 2005, I began my career as an auditor with Mazars in France, where I spent five years developing solid expertise in finance and business management. Driven by a desire to contribute to my country's economic development, I decided to return to Morocco in 2010, convinced that it was a land of opportunity.

I then joined a major sugar industry group as International Business Development & Export Manager, a position which enabled me, for eight years, to support large-scale projects and promote Moroccan industrial know-how on the international stage. Building on this experience, I continued my commitment to consulting and entrepreneurship by founding 1/ TBB e-Corp, specialized in FinTech associated with eSport, 2/ Stratellis Consulting, specialized in coaching entrepreneurs and 3/ BBFC SARL, specialized in improving the employability of Seniors and Active Retirees.

At the same time, I had the honor of holding strategic positions as Managing Director of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and Advisor to the Minister of Economic Inclusion, Small Business, Employment and Skills of the Kingdom of Morocco, thus contributing to economic development policies and the structuring of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Driven by an innovative vision, I combine my multidisciplinary skills with my role as Mompreneur, inventor and trainer/lecturer, sharing my experience to inspire and support entrepreneurs with ambition, audacity and resilience.

Becoming an ambassador for the Casablanca chapter was an obvious choice for me, as I deeply embrace the values of sharing, excellence and innovation that drive this community. My career has taught me that networking and the transmission of knowledge are essential levers for success. As an ambassador, I want to play an active role in bringing together talent, creating synergies and inspiring the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders.

How do you plan to energize and enliven the Casablanca chapter of which you are the ambassador? Could you share a few ideas for events or initiatives you'd like to put in place?

As ambassador, my aim is to energize the chapter by creating a space for exchange, inspiration and opportunities for its members. My approach is based on three pillars: connect, learn and act.

1. Connect: Fostering synergies and networking

  • Exclusive meetings with entrepreneurs, experts and leaders from a wide range of sectors to exchange ideas and experiences.
  • Mentoring and peer-learning: set up a mentoring program between experienced members and young talent to share know-how.
  • Afterworks and business retreats in inspiring settings to foster strategic discussions and create opportunities for collaboration.

2. Learning: Developing skills and stimulating innovation

  • Conferences and masterclasses with renowned speakers to explore key trends such as innovation, leadership and entrepreneurship.
  • Practical workshops on topics such as financing, digital transformation and internationalization.
  • Club think tank to analyze industry challenges and propose concrete solutions.

3. Taking action : From idea to impact

  • Hackathons and entrepreneurial challenges to encourage the creation of innovative projects within the club.
  • Investment Club: creating a collaborative investment dynamic where members can financially support promising initiatives.
  • Social Impact Program: mentoring young entrepreneurs and promoting economic inclusion.

My ambition is to make this club a true ecosystem where every member finds inspiration, support and opportunities to grow and succeed.

What message would you like to pass on to alumni to encourage them to join and become actively involved in the local SKEMA Alumni Casablanca chapter?

Joining the Casablanca chapter is much more than joining a network: it's becoming part of a dynamic community where exchange, sharing and mutual support are at the heart of every interaction.

As SKEMA Business School alumni, we've all followed rich and varied career paths, and it's precisely this diversity that makes us so strong.
